Your collection is already set up for you with fields and content. Add your own content or import it from a CSV file. Add fields for any type of content you want to display, such as rich text, images, and videos. Ingredientes
100g de frutillas congeladas
100g de arándanos congelados
200g de yogur griego o cualquier yogur natural o de vainilla (o yogur vegano)
1 Cda o 4 sobres de edulcorante (o 2 Cdas de azúcar o miel si no los haces bajos en hidratos)
Preparation
Colocar todo en la procesadora o licuadora. Procesar o licuar todo. Si se traba le pueden agregar un chorrito de leche o agua.
Llevar la preparación a los moldes y al freezer por unas 3 a 4 horas hasta que estén congelados y listooooo a disfrutar!!
